Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier business school in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experiences in highly demanding and fast-paced environments (e.g., consulting, investment banking, fast-growing start-up, VC…).
Proven record of high-impact projects with heart and passion.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Fluent in both English and German.

Responsibilities:

Be the founders’ right hand and support and relieve Matthias and Marius with daily tasks and initiatives, enabling them to focus on growing atmio.
Initiate and take full ownership of operational projects and drive them forward proactively.
Act as a trusted sparring partner to the founders on strategic and operational decisions, bringing fresh ideas and critical thinking to the table.
