Requirements:

• Over 4 years of experience in Agile delivery.
• SAFe Certified: SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE).
• Deep knowledge of Lean/Agile principles and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in leading Agile transformations using tools like Jira.
• Ability to influence and coach individuals at all levels.
• Focus on continuous improvement with a track record of implementing impactful changes.
• Self-driven and proactive in executing ideas.
• Experience in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead Agile at scale transformation and deliver consistent excellence.
• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Ensure alignment and collaboration among Agile teams, Product Management, Engineering, and Business Owners.
• Manage and optimize the flow of value through the program and address impediments.
• Develop metrics and reports to track progress and drive improvement.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular updates.
• Coordinate strategically with other ART leaders for value delivery.
• Continuously refine Agile practices based on data-driven insights.
• Coach and develop Agile teams and Product Managers.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on SAFe and Agile methodologies.
