Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably native English speakers or someone with a neutral accent.
• Ability to manage multiple customer moods effectively with appropriate voice modulation.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to maintain work ethics while handling a remote role.
• Willingness to commit to 40 hours a week and work according to EST hours.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in Inside Sales or Business Development or Sale & Marketing is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted prospecting and lead generation.
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Track and focus on developing the clientele continuously.
• Analyze and select prospective leads with a situational approach for convincing customers.
