Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with digital experience monitoring tools like AppDynamics, DataDog, and New Relic.
• Experience in instrumenting and customizing user monitoring agents for web and mobile applications.
• Proficient with query languages or business intelligence tools.
• Advanced knowledge of web technologies: JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML, CSS.
• Familiarity with session-replay tools and modern mobile frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, serverless functions, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Evangelize Dynatrace's product during trade shows and key meetings.
• Partner with sales representatives to find new business opportunities.
• Participate in proof of concept creation and technical evaluations.
• Present Dynatrace's vision to C-suite executives and provide guidance in sales cycles.
• Deliver on-stage demonstrations at marketing events.
• Gather feedback from customers for product improvements.
