Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience required.
• 5+ years experience within the digital experience monitoring space with relevant tools.
• Experience in instrumenting and customizing real user monitoring agents.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with mobile frameworks like Cordova, Flutter, React Native, Xamarin, and .NET Maui.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Knowledge of modern technologies such as containers and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Evangelize Dynatrace’s product offerings during trade shows and customer meetings.
• Partner with sales representatives to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Participate in proof of concept (PoC) creation and cloud architecture discussions.
• Present technical guidance in the sales opportunity cycle.
• Conduct on-stage demonstrations during key events.
• Gather and provide customer feedback to Product Management.
• Share best practices and build team knowledge.
• Identify learning opportunities to maintain market leadership.
