Requirements:

• Deep understanding of Life Policy admin features and functionalities.
• 8+ years Insurance/Financial Industry experience with a minimum of 5 years supporting Core Policy Admin systems.
• Knowledge of surrounding applications like underwriting engines, frontend/mobile applications, and workflow.
• Good experience in omnichannel integration.
• Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Very good conceptual and analytical skills with motivation for process automation.
• Experience with application integration middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Iterative delivery methodology.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Professional certifications in CRM, CCM, Cloud, Agile (Preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to develop/deliver engineering deliverables for Products Sales, Customer acquisition and Servicing solutions including Core Applications (Life Asia), CCM Solutions, Underwriting Engines.
• Work closely with Business Product Owners, Tech-Delivery-Leads and other technical team members to define the technical design for Product Launches and enhancements.
• Guiding junior IT members in the team and partnering with business product owners to drive deliverables.
• Lead the technical delivery of assigned tasks/projects while building relationships across the organization.
• Contribute to Policy Admin System architecture and keep current with industry updates to support user needs.
