Head of Product Design

Requirements:

• Experience with building and leading a team of designers.
• Proven experience in a senior design role, with a portfolio showcasing complex projects.
• Expertise in design tools (e.g., Figma), front-end technologies, and UX research methods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for rallying teams around a design vision.
• Experience with data-intensive or ML products (ideally, SaaS).
• Track record of success in a fast-paced startup environment is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Establish the guiding principles, quality processes, and working cadence that will shape the product’s design and design team.
• Manage and coach individual designers and build the team as we scale.
• Lead the end-to-end design process for OfferFit products, from initial wireframing to the creation of high-fidelity prototypes.
• Proactively identify UX challenges and opportunities through a deep understanding of product vision and requirements.
• Conduct user experience research using qualitative and quantitative approaches.
• Understand complex product workflows and distill them into intuitive navigation and unified style.
• Influence and contribute to OfferFit's product strategy and roadmap, ensuring UX considerations are prioritized.
