You have proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership position with people management and development responsibilities where you have yourself been on a growth journey

Create a vision and roadmap for bringing the brand mission and visual style to life across the entire product experience

Lead and support the product designers as their People Coach offering day-to-day direction, guidance, mentoring and coaching to enable them to do their best work and achieve their individual developmental goals.

Work closely with analytics and user research to define and lead discovery and ideation processes across all product teams right through to testing and iteration.
Be a thought-partner to the VP of Product, inputting into Product strategy and tactical initiatives by demonstrating ability to make sound design decisions that uphold design quality and customer experience whilst staying accountable to business needs and goals.
