Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a sales/commercial leadership role.
- Bachelor of Science or higher in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- In-depth understanding of data center technology and industry trends.
- Experience selling or applying screw and/or centrifugal chiller products.

Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a team of sales professionals to engage a new channel in a new market for LG Electronics.
- Grow strong relationships with 3rd party channel partners and data center customers.
- Develop team commercial account strategy, execute action plans, and meet business goals.
- Build the opportunity pipeline for process cooling, provide monthly forecasts, and communicate with leadership.
- Enable customer support through the sales team and LG’s support teams.
- Influence product and process decisions as the primary expert and customer advocate.
- Collaborate with marketing and engineering to create compelling sales presentations.
