Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field; an advanced degree or background in Engineering is a plus.
- 8-10 years of successful experience selling complex, technical solutions to distribution or logistics clients.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build trust and relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and high ethical standards.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of employees.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account penetration plans for targeted clients, driving business growth for aftermarket services.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities using deep market, account, and solution insights.
- Partner with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and finance, to design and deliver the best solutions for customers.
- Conduct presentations that effectively communicate the value of KPI Solutions' LifeTime Services and the ROI of proposed solutions to senior-level stakeholders.
- Manage large-scale sales opportunities, ensuring alignment with revenue and margin growth objectives.
- Offer strategic recommendations to improve market share, volume, and pricing.
