Event Marketing & Lead Generation Coordinator

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or business development.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external vendors.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn key marketing tools like Marketo.
• Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry is a plus.
• Experience selling professional services, security audits, and assessments is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning Northeast internal events such as QBRs and Vendor Days.
• Provide administrative support for regional marketing events including event contracting and promotional graphics.
• Help with onsite management of marketing events in the NY Metro area.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to create targeted outreach campaigns.
• Drive event registrations through personalized outreach and engagement.
• Assist in strategies to convert event attendees into sales opportunities.
