Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in system engineering, with a proven track record in platform development.
• Experience in designing and deploying large-scale, multi-vendor systems.
• Deep knowledge in system design, high-performance computing, and infrastructure solutions.
• Strong understanding of full stack automation.
• Proficient in Datadog or similar products, Rapid7 Insight, AWS, Azure.
• Basic knowledge in Java or .Net development.
• Experience in SaaS environments and with FedRAMP compliance is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other engineering teams to support services before commissioning.
• Maintain services by measuring availability, latency, and overall system health.
• Develop automation tools on Azure and AWS.
• Scale systems sustainably through automation.
• Implement CI/CD solutions and monitoring systems.
• Create and update technical documentation.
• Provide sustainable incident responses and conduct post-mortems.
• Support planning and deployment teams for stability and growth.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors.
