Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment and high-quality hires.
  • Familiarity with various interview methods and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software and ATS is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address employee queries.
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-tech roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Proactively source candidates using various channels to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
  • Create engaging job descriptions and maintain the employer brand presence.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, collaborate with hiring managers for efficient hiring.
  • Assist with general HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records.
  • Provide input on improving recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Work closely with HR team and hiring managers to align on recruitment needs.
