Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showcasing photography and video work that demonstrates creativity and brand alignment.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• An eye for visual branding and a passion for storytelling.
• Experience in analyzing social media performance and using data-driven insights to inform content strategy.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and emerging platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling photo and video content for various social media channels.
• Oversee all phases of content creation, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling that reflects the brand's voice.
• Manage video editing and photography tasks to produce high-quality content for campaigns and brand storytelling.
• Analyze social media performance metrics to refine content strategies.
• Collaborate with the Director, Social to implement and optimize the overall social media strategy.
