Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of experience in direct sales, preferably in a remote capacity.
- Willingness to build a sales pipeline of 3-4X assigned quota.
- Strong work ethic and a 'hunter' mentality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in selling via phone and in person.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, and excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the Localization space is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new sales opportunities in mid-market and enterprise customer segments based on a defined territory.
- Manage all aspects of a full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, needs analysis, DMU identification, delivering presentations, and negotiation.
- Collaborate effectively with BDR and Marketing teams to develop new business and penetrate target accounts.
- Assist in managing the qualification process of inbound marketing leads.
