Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker (QSW) with significant post qualified experience ideally within fostering. Previous experience as a team manager or senior level experience within fostering. Registered with Social Work England (SWE).
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to the fostering recruitment and assessment team. Supervise qualified social workers and ensure appropriate case allocation. Manage team performance and conduct regular supervision. Interact with stakeholders regarding team functions. Oversee budgetary responsibilities related to the team.
