Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker (QSW) with significant post qualified experience ideally within fostering.
- Previous experience as a team manager or senior level experience within fostering.
- Registered with Social Work England (SWE).
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the fostering recruitment and assessment team.
- Supervise qualified social workers and ensure appropriate case allocation.
- Manage team performance and conduct regular supervision.
- Interact with stakeholders regarding team functions.
- Oversee budgetary responsibilities related to the team.
