Requirements
- Relevant Social Work qualification.
- You will have completed your ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment).
- You will have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
- Active registration with Social Work England.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload within a framework of appropriate reflective supervision.
- Undertake focused, analytical assessments, SMART plans and reviews.
- Ensure vulnerable children and young people with disabilities receive adequate services.
- Work directly with children and young people to understand their lived experiences and feelings.
- Use the Signs of Safety practice model in assessments and interventions.
