• You have completed vocational training.
• You possess strong communication skills and enjoy every conversation where you can assist customers in their insurance needs.
• You are interested in innovative digital sales structures and want to rethink insurance sales with us.
• Ideally, you have some initial customer contact experience; however, it's not mandatory, as mindset matters more than experience.
• You are fluent in German.

Responsibilities:

• You are the first contact for customers over the phone, making a positive impression.
• You play a critical role at the customer interface, promoting our concept and service.
• You guide customers through our digital process, clarify questions, and identify any gaps in their current insurance coverage.
• You schedule consultation appointments with our advisors to ensure optimal coverage during customers' life stages.
• You contribute ideas for the strategic development of the team.
