Data and Reporting Specialist - Fulfillment

Requirements:

• Excel proficiency, including charts, pivot tables, conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, and SUMIF functions.
• Experience in managing and generating operational and performance reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Zendesk, and Excel tools.
• Good organizational skills for document tracking and cross-functional reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of Fulfillment SPP Scorecards.
• Scorecard Management for all of fulfillment.
• Managing overall 'health' of documents, including handling changes and creating new quarters yearly.
• Complete audits as assigned for various processes.
• Creation of the Fulfillment Actuals file weekly and monthly.
• Create reporting as needed for the Fulfillment Department.
• Create tickets in Zendesk from Tableau for SKU Inspection.
• Doclink management and support.
• Management of Fulfillment Capital Expense tracking.
• Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
