Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Familiarity with the region and the oilfield industry is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with carriers, drivers, and clients to optimize routes and resolve issues or delays.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to clients as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of logistics activities.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Act as a point of contact between clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving transportation-related concerns.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to identify process improvements.
