Requirements:

• Proven experience in Klaviyo: 2+ years designing email templates specifically within Klaviyo, with familiarity in its design editor and template building capabilities.
• Strong graphic design expertise with a portfolio showing experience in email marketing and/or SMS campaigns.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar.
• Understanding of conversion-focused design and best practices for email marketing.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and designing for DTC brands.
• Ability to create responsive templates for mobile and desktop.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for a remote, team-based environment.
• Proactive and creative mindset, willing to learn and adapt to new trends and techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Create conversion-focused email and SMS templates for DTC brands on the Klaviyo platform.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist and Email Marketing Expert to understand campaign objectives.
• Implement designs and templates into email flows as per strategic briefs.
• Ensure consistency across email communications by following brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Research and integrate the latest trends in email/SMS design, typography, color theory, and layout optimization.
