Requirements:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering or related fields.
• Interest in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and digital transformation projects.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of digital tools; experience with PLM systems is a plus.
• Excellent command of English in technical business contexts.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a remote setting.
• Legal residency in Spain (with a NIE or TIE visa) and a valid work permit.

Responsibilities:

• Assist on client projects, spending around 80% of time on consulting tasks.
• Learn about PLM strategy, implementation, and Organizational Change Management (OCM).
• Gain hands-on experience with PLM tools.
• Collaborate with team members on consulting deliverables.
• Develop supporting training materials, presentations, and reports.
