Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in AI/ML fields, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience developing and delivering AI solutions with a deep technical understanding of machine learning algorithms.
• Strong business acumen for understanding client challenges and creating innovative AI service offerings.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the AI practice, defining service offerings, target markets, and resource needs.
• Lead a team of engineers and data scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure professional growth and successful project delivery.
• Lead the creation and delivery of groundbreaking AI solutions that drive significant business value for clients.
• Promote and integrate AI tools across the engineering team for enhanced efficiency.
