Requirements
- Licensure in Colorado as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working with a range of behavioral health issues, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance misuse.
- New graduates are welcomed.
- Preferred: Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
- Customize care for individual patients with autonomy on treatment frequency and duration.
- Perform medication management, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, and group therapy as needed.
- Create your own schedule for work-life balance, typically Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities, while back-office support handles administrative tasks.
