Requirements
- Licensure in Colorado as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working with various behavioral health issues such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance misuse.
- Welcoming new graduates with a successful completion of PMHNP-BC exams preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
- Customize care for each patient with autonomy in scheduling and duration of visits.
- Perform medication management and individual psychotherapy, with options for family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
- Focus on patient care without on-call responsibilities, supported by back-office staff handling administrative tasks.
