Requirements
- Licensure in Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working with persons who have various behavioral health issues, such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance misuse.
- Welcome new graduates.
- Preferred: Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s).
Responsibilities
- The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) will participate in the integrated care team model.
- Customize care for each patient, determining session frequency and duration.
- Provide medication management, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
- Work in a collaborative interdisciplinary team including physicians and licensed mental health professionals.
