Requirements
- Licensure in Colorado and/or Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working with a range of behavioral health issues, including mood disorders, anxiety, and substance misuse preferred.
- Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s) is preferred but new graduates are welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH, collaborating with various health professionals.
- Customize patient care according to individual needs and determine scheduling.
- Manage medications, provide individual and group therapy, and potentially family therapy as necessary.
- Focus solely on patient care without extra on-call responsibilities, supported by back-office teams for administrative tasks.
