Requirements
- Licensure in Colorado and/or Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working with behavioral health issues like mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and substance misuse preferable.
- Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s) preferred.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
- Customize care for each patient based on individual needs.
- Autonomously determine frequency and length of patient sessions.
- Conduct medication management, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
- Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities while the support team handles billing and collections.
