Requirements
- Licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Colorado and/or Massachusetts.
- Experience working with behavioral health issues such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance misuse, etc.
- Supervised experience under a consulting psychiatrist is preferred.
- Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s) is a plus.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
- Customize care for each patient, determining frequency and duration of sessions.
- Perform medication management, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
- Create custom schedules that support work/life balance.
- Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities.
