Requirements:

• Licensure in Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience working with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric impairments under supervision.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s) is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
• Customize care for each individual patient with the autonomy to determine visit frequency and duration.
• Engage in medication management, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as necessary.
• Create custom schedules typically working Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Focus solely on patient care without on-call responsibilities, supported by a back-office team for administrative tasks.
