Requirements
- Licensure in Colorado and/or Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working with diverse behavioral health issues, including mood disorders and anxiety disorders.
- Supervision under consulting psychiatrists is expected.
- Open to new graduates.
- Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH, collaborating with various health professionals.
- Customize care for each patient, determining the frequency and duration of visits.
- Conduct medication management, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing.
- Maintain focus on patient care without additional on-call duties.
