Requirements:

• Licensure in Colorado and/or Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience working with persons who have various behavioral health issues such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance misuse.
• Welcoming new graduates; successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s) preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in an integrated care team model at OMH, working collaboratively with physicians and mental health professionals.
• Customize care for individual patients, determining visit frequency and duration.
• Perform medication management, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
• Focus on patient care without extra on-call responsibilities, with support from a back-office team for administrative tasks.
