Requirements
- Licensure in Colorado as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience with various behavioral health issues, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and substance misuse.
- Supervised clinical experience under consulting psychiatrists is required.
- Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
- Customize care for individual patients with autonomy in scheduling and treatment.
- Conduct medication management, individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy as needed.
- Handle clinical care and documentation; support staff manages billing and insurance issues.
