Requirements
- Licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Colorado and/or Massachusetts.
- Experience working with individuals facing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance misuse, and related psychiatric impairments.
- Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s) is preferred, though the position is open to new graduates.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH, focusing on medication management and individual psychotherapy.
- Customize patient care autonomously, determining visit frequency and duration.
- May perform family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
- Enjoy flexibility with scheduling, typically working Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM.
- Focus on patient care without extra on-call responsibilities, supported by back-office teams.
