Senior Software Engineer - RMS

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of professional experience in software engineering using Java, .NET, or other server-side languages.
• Comfortable with agile methodologies and testing own code.
• Experience developing cloud-based features and understanding front-end stack (JavaScript, ReactJS) is a plus.
• Deep understanding of databases and automated testing.
• Proficient in building and managing RESTful APIs.
• Strong DevOps experience and managing cloud products.
• Experience designing complex cloud-based software applications, preferably AWS or Azure.
• Proven experience building for scale in a B2B environment.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Commitment to support junior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Manager to understand feature requirements.
• Build features using Java, SQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
• Participate in on-call rotation to improve customer experience.
• Technical ownership of a product or product subset.
• Enhance architectural strategy for higher velocity needs.
• Review and submit code as part of code review process.
• Collaborate with design teams to clarify technical constraints.
• Document features and technical processes clearly.
• Test new technologies and improve engineering practices.
• Foster a culture focused on quality and rapid deployment.
