Requirements:

• Fluent in German and English with a deep understanding of German culture.
• Skilled in photography (videography is a bonus) with the ability to provide technical advice.
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for producing copy and visual assets.
• Strong communication skills with reliable and clear engagement.
• Proactive, self-directed, and motivated to connect with a global team.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage and reach out to existing and potential creators on social media and online forums.
• Host online and in-person events such as workshops and meet-ups.
• Promote contests for creators to contribute media.
• Monitor and respond to community interactions on social media and forums.
• Create discussion starters and social media content for community initiatives.
• Communicate product updates to the community, translating from English to German.
• Manage project details such as prize inventory and supplier relations using Airtable and Google Sheets.
