Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or sales management.
- 5+ years of successful quota-carrying sales experience.
- 5+ years of solutions sales experience in software (SaaS) or high-technology offerings.
- Proven sales track record with history of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Detail oriented with strong relationship building skills and focus on customer service.
- Experience using Salesforce.com.
Responsibilities:
- Execute a prospecting plan to develop and progress a sales lead pipeline.
- Conduct outbound cold calling (50+ dials a day) and support email campaigns into identified prospects.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Manager to develop scripts.
- Work with Inside Sales Representatives and Account Executives on key prospect plans.
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing programs.
- Drive attendance to events like webinars and trade shows.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Record sales and lead qualification activity in Salesforce.com and Salesloft.com.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Assist in creating and improving email cadences.
