Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Event Management in a B2B or B2D SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously across different time zones without constant oversight.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in event logistics and planning.
• Strong communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Proven track record of executing event strategies efficiently.
• Resourcefulness and adaptability as a problem-solver.
• Experience with turning events into outcomes.
• Ability and willingness to do regular travel.

Responsibilities:

• Take care of event planning, logistics, and on-the-ground execution.
• Be involved in sponsored conferences, webinars, side-events, and the RevenueCat App Growth Annual conference.
• Gain understanding of RevenueCat and its ecosystem.
• Form relationships across the organization and contribute to ongoing projects.
• Run webinars and assess event planning for improvement.
