Requirements:

• 10+ years proven experience as Sales Operations leader.
• Experience developing and scaling a Sales Operations function in high-growth tech companies.
• Proficient with CRM systems and skilled in data management and forecasting.
• Experience leading Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Planning.
• Demonstrated skills in managing high-performing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in two-sided marketplaces or B2B technology solutions preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization.
• Establish and drive improvements in planning, reporting and quota assignment.
• Design sales commission plans and manage commission calculations.
• Partner with Sales leadership to define monthly targets and sales forecasts.
• Implement comprehensive pipeline reporting from prospecting through retention.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve sales productivity.
• Oversee CRM design, change management and user adoption.
• Design and oversee training programs for the sales team.
• Recruit and retain top talent for operational excellence.
• Drive the adoption of effective sales methodologies.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maintain sales materials.
