Requirements:

• Graduate degree (Masters or Doctorate) in counseling, psychology, or social work.
• 7+ years independently providing direct clinical care to individuals.
• Active and in good standing with respective clinical regulatory body.
• Fluent in English and at least one of the following: French, German, Dutch, or Spanish.
• Telehealth experience is required.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to manage complex computer systems.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must pass a background check and have a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support via email, phone, and chat to the therapist network to ensure high-quality care.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex customer and therapist questions.
• Audit qualitative, quantitative, and episodic data and give actionable clinical feedback.
• Monitor the clinical capabilities of therapists applying to join BetterHelp.
• Conduct outreach to maintain productive communication with therapists.
• Maintain a small client caseload on the platform.
• Participate in public speaking and represent BetterHelp to external stakeholders.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes and communicate them to the organization.
