Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in account management, customer success, sales, or business development.
• 3+ years experience in a professional services customer-facing role.
• Proven experience with projects across e-commerce or design/development opportunities.
• Knowledge of the digital commerce landscape and emerging technology ecosystem.
• Strong presentation, communication, and time management skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the account services team to shepherd opportunities through the sales process.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans, driving growth and negotiating renewals.
• Support new business development within existing customers.
• Manage existing accounts and serve as the first point of contact for clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with delivery teams to ensure quality engagements.
• Attend industry events and ensure alignment on project delivery with success criteria.
