Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer with backend systems.
• Experience in full cycle development including CI/CD, database design, and system/application architecture.
• Relevant experience with Kotlin/Java and web frameworks such as Spring, Micronaut, and Vert.x.
• Ability to write well testable and tested code.
• Strong interest in developing personal and team skills.
• Demonstrated strong ownership and commitment to getting tasks done.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work on existing applications and introduce new functionalities in the backend.
• Design and implement features in a team, following agile principles.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, pair programming, and testing.
• Help shape and develop the team's development process through feedback.
• Coach less experienced colleagues.
