• Successful track record of leading sales teams to meet or exceed quotas.
• Process-oriented leadership skills with experience in scaling organizations for growth.

• Comfortable interpreting and discussing data analytics.
• Experience in managing complex business partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the Maven Public and Labor strategy to achieve pipeline and bookings targets.
• Build Maven’s presence in the Public and Labor Market with prospects and at industry events.
• Win new business by presenting Maven’s value proposition to prospects.
• Utilize data to manage and coach team performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support sales processes.
• Present sales forecasts and metrics to management.
• Identify and remove roadblocks for the sales team.
