Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 15+ years of experience in payor/provider/healthcare B2B focused sales and partnerships.
  • 7+ years in leading and managing a sales team.
  • Successful sales history with consistent quota attainment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good customer acumen with relationship-building abilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Define a winning sales strategy and roadmap for Verily’s products/solutions, addressing Payor and Provider customers.
  • Empower and guide a high-performing sales team to drive commercial success.
  • Lead the strategic sales processes from lead generation to close while negotiating business terms.
  • Accountable for Bookings, Revenue, Usage/Consumption, and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong external relationships with customers and partners.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute commercial strategy.
  • Prioritize customer needs and synthesize feedback for product and marketing teams.
  • Contribute to improving Verily's culture and operations.
