Requirements:

• Track record of exceeding quota at the top of the sales leaderboard.
• Experience selling new product lines creating new markets.
• Demonstrated success in retail, B2B, or field sales experience.
• Strong business development skills with experience in prospecting.
• Ability to build and deliver presentations.
• Ability to orchestrate multiple internal resources and team members.
• Passionate about agriculture and understanding of inputs market.
• Ability to understand business financials and price/volume relationships.
• Ability to build strong relationships in person and digitally.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite, Salesforce, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute plans to achieve sales goals in assigned territory.
• Work with existing dealers in your territory to retain customers and grow accounts.
• Introduce new dealer accounts to the product line.
• Uncover sales opportunities and connect customers to solutions.
• Train dealers on new products and programs.
• Drive awareness through co-selling and trade shows.
• Manage expenses and budgets, and use Salesforce for tracking.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve customer complaints.
