Requirements:

• High school diploma or higher, with preference for those with customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and patience, able to handle work pressure.
• Proficiency in using computers and common office software, with fast typing skills.
• Ability to adapt to remote work, with good self-discipline.
• Native or fluent Portuguese speaker. English proficiency is a plus.
• Own a computer that can be used for work.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer complaints, tracking issue resolution progress, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assisting customers with order completion, payment processing, and other related operations.
• Recording customer feedback promptly and assisting in optimizing products and services.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer needs are properly addressed.
