Requirements:
- Speak Hebrew at an advanced level (C1) and English at an intermediate level (B2).
- Communicate well and correctly both verbally and in writing; experience in Customer Service is an advantage.
- Be flexible with shifts and seek a full-time position including evening and weekend work.
- Hold at least a high school diploma.
- Possess confident computer skills.
- Perform work conscientiously and precisely.
- For foreign nationals, possession of a Residence permit or Student visa is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and administer incoming calls and chats from customers through a ticketing system.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
