• Active Secret Clearance.
• 5+ years of software development experience, particularly in a federal environment.
• 5+ years in designing systems and subsystems.
• Experience developing technical documentation for complex health systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with government personnel, stakeholders, and analysts to understand requirements.
• Define hardware and software specifications.
• Design database structures and finalize data flow specifications.
• Define processing logic and design capacity requirements.
• Develop and maintain traceability matrices and technical design documents.
