Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in management consulting, B2B SaaS sales, or other client-facing analytical roles.
  • High energy and positive attitude.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and legal discussions.
  • Proficient in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Slack, MS Office.
  • Understanding of the Challenger Sales Methodology.
  • Proven ability to execute a thorough sales discovery.
  • Persistent follow-up and persuasive speaking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
  • Strong financial acumen related to product pricing and achieving sales goals.
  • BS/BA degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Bring new business to Transect.
  • Educate prospective clients about the Transect customer journey and platform.
  • Build relationships within targeted Industries.
  • Empower customers in the environmental permitting process.
  • Own and exceed monthly individual sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with team members and the Director of Sales.
