Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB (required for Quant Traders).
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quantitative research to identify and develop trading strategies.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to the team.
• Build and maintain trading models and algorithms.
