Sales Executive (English)

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales/business development.
• Advanced English and fluent Ukrainian.
• Excellent business communication and argumentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with statistics.
• High productivity, self-motivation, and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of terms like traffic, conversion, CPC, CPA, revenue, profit, and ROMI is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure and existing client management.
• Identifying and contacting potential clients through email and LinkedIn, categorizing leads, understanding their needs and potential, and negotiating terms of cooperation.
• Building and keeping strong, long-lasting client relationships, looking for ways to grow advertising campaigns and discussing possible strategies with clients.
• Tracking the performance of current campaigns and adjusting agreements to meet business goals.
• Researching new business models, learning from industry leaders, and implementing innovative strategies.
